Dietrich Anton Wilhelm Rulfs (March 6, 1848 – February 14, 1926) was a German-American architect in Nacogdoches, Texas.
Rulfs "is aptly called Nacogdoches' master architect for his work in the city between 1879 and 1926."Rulfs was born in Oldenburg, Lower Saxony, Germany.
