- Dimitru Frâncu (born May 28, 1985) is a Romanian ski mountaineer.
- He was born in Zarnesti, started ski mountaineering in 2003, and has been a member of the national team since 2006.
- Together with Rares Manea, Silviu Manea and Ionut Galiteanu, he finished ninth in the relay event of the 2007 European Championship of Ski Mountaineering.
