- Zulkiflee SM Anwar Ulhaque (born 15 May 1962), better known as Zunar, is a political cartoonist.
- In 2015 he faced up to 43 years in prison for criticising the Malaysian government in a number of posts on Twitter and was charged under the Sedition Act 1948.
- The charges were dropped after the change of government in 2018.In May of 2016 he was the recipient of the Cartooning for Peace award in Geneva.
