  • Morton served as a Progressive Conservative member of the House of Commons of Canada.
  • He was born in Fredericton, New Brunswick, becoming in his career. He was first elected at the Davenport riding in the 1957 general election defeating Paul Hellyer.
  • Morton was re-elected for a second term at Davenport in the 1958 election, but defeated in the 1962 election by Walter L.
