- Eduardo Fernández (born 18 October 1940) is a Venezuelan politician and lawyer.
- He was elected to the Venezuelan Chamber of Deputies in 1968, serving until 1989 (with an interruption to serve as the Deputy Secretary General of the Presidency for Rafael Caldera, until 1974), and was a presidential candidate for COPEI in 1988.
- He has also served as President of the Christian Democrat International.
