- Riley Vigier (born October 24, 1986), otherwise known as El Phantasmo (ELP), is a Canadian professional wrestler currently working for Revolution Pro Wrestling (RPW), where he is in his first reign as the British Cruiserweight Champion, and for New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW), where is he is currently performing in the Junior Heavyweight division as part of Bullet Club and current co-holder of the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championships with Taiji Ishimori.
