Luka Dvalishvili (born January 8, 1998) is a Georgian Rugby Union player.
His position is scrum-half and he currently plays for RC Armazi Marneuli in Georgian championship and the Georgia national U20 team.
He was named in Georgia's squad for the 2017 World Rugby Under 20 Championship.
