- Elzbieta Barbara Witek (née Zbanuch; born December 17, 1957 in Jawor) is a Polish politician and former Minister of the Interior and Administration, in office from June 2019 to August 2019, currently serving as the Marshal of the Sejm.
- She was elected to Sejm on September 25, 2005 getting 7476 votes in 1 Legnica district, as a candidate on the Law and Justice list.
- On August 9, 2019 she was appointed as Speaker of the Sejm (Polish: Marszalek Sejmu) after her predecessor, Marek Kuchcinski resigned following critique over his frequent use of government airplanes for private purposes.
