Viscount Watanabe Kunitake (????, 29 March 1846 – 11 May 1919) was a Japanese politician, cabinet minister and deputy Prime Minister, who lived in the Meiji and Taisho periods.
Noted primarily for his role as finance minister, he was also the younger brother of Count Watanabe Chiaki.
