Joseph Alexander Ragland (born November 11, 1989) is an American-Liberian professional basketball player for the Pallacanestro Cantù of the Italian Lega Basket Serie A (LBA).
Born in West Springfield, Massachusetts, he played basketball for the high school of his hometown, before committing to North Platte in the NJCAA.
After being named a first team NJCAA all-American in 2010, Ragland received a scholarship from Wichita State where he played for two seasons.
After going undrafted in the 2012 NBA draft, Ragland pursued a professional career abroad signing for UCAM Murcia of the ACB.
Following his departure from Spain, he signed for Pallacanestro Cantù in Italy.
After a season with Emporio Armani Milano in the EuroLeague, he moved to Turkey for Pinar Karsiyaka.
