Jewel Limar Prestage (August 12, 1931 – August 1, 2014) was an American political scientist, citizen activist, educator, and author.
She is the first African-American woman to complete a doctorate in political science in the United States.
In 1977, she co-authored the anthology A Portrait of Marginality.
