- Sergey Sergeyevich Mitrokhin (Russian: ?????´? ?????´???? ?????´???; born 20 May 1963 in Moscow) is a Russian politician. He is a former leader of the Russian United Democratic Party "Yabloko".
- He was a deputy of the State Duma (1993–2003) and Moscow City Duma (2005–2009, 2019–).
- Mitrokhin studied at the Moscow State Pedagogical University and got his PhD in political science.
