- Flávio Miguel Magalhães Sousa Meireles (born 3 October 1976) is a Portuguese retired footballer who played as a defensive midfielder, and is the director of football of Vitória de Guimarães. Most of his 16-year professional career was associated with Vitória de Guimarães, which he represented in three different spells, appearing in nearly 250 official games.
