Fred Andrews (born May 4, 1952) is an American former professional baseball player.
He played parts of two seasons in Major League Baseball, 1976 and 1977, for the Philadelphia Phillies, primarily as a second baseman.
On March 24, 1978, Andrews was traded to the Mets organization for infielder Bud Harrelson and played the 1978 season on their Tidewater Tides team in the AAA International League.
