- Gabriel Semain Vasconcellos Mangabeira (born January 31, 1982) is a Brazilian competition swimmer who qualified for the men's 100-metre butterfly at both the 2004 Summer Olympics and the 2008 Summer Olympics.
- Mangabeira also won a silver medal in the 100-metre butterfly at the 2007 Pan American Games.
