- Gan Kim Yong (simplified Chinese: ???; traditional Chinese: ???; pinyin: Yán Jinyong; Pe?h-oe-ji: Gân Kim-ióng; born 9 February 1959) is a Singaporean politician.
- A member of the governing People's Action Party (PAP), he has been Minister for Health since May 2011.
- He is also the Chairman of the governing PAP since 2018.
- He is a Member of Parliament representing Chua Chu Kang GRC.
