About George Cavenagh
- George Cavenagh (16 June 1836 – 23 November 1922) was an Australian cricketer who played for Victoria.
- He was born in Sydney and died in Melbourne. Cavenagh made a single first-class appearance for the side, during the 1853–1854 season, against Tasmania.
- He scored 35 runs in the first innings, and 10 runs in the second. Cavenagh took six wickets during the match, including first-innings figures of 5–46.
