Fatna Maraoui (born 10 July 1977) is a born Moroccan female Italian long-distance runner who competed at two editions of the IAAF World Cross Country Championships at senior level (2008, 2011).
and also two of editions the IAAF World Half Marathon Championships (2011, 2014). She is the sister of Rakiya Maraoui-Quétier born Moroccan female French long-distance runner, ten years older, former member of the France national athletics team.
