- Nikolay Stepanovich Kobozev (Russian: ??????? ?????????? ??´?????; also spelled: ???????, ???????, ??????; (6 December 1793 – 2 March 1866) was one of the founders of Berdiansk, and its first mayor.
- He was a merchant of the 1st Guild (since 1841), a fishing magnate, and a hereditary honorary citizen of Berdiansk since 1851.).
