Gustav Adolf Sjaastad (6 April 1902 – 7 May 1964) was a Norwegian lawyer and politician for the Labour Party.
He is known as Minister of Justice and Minister of Industry in the 1950s, and also as County Governor of Nord-Trøndelag.
