Guto Harri (Welsh pronunciation: ['g?t?.hari?]; born 8 July 1966) is a writer, broadcaster, and strategic communications consultant.
He read Politics, Philosophy and Economics at The Queen's College, Oxford, followed by a postgraduate diploma in broadcast journalism from Cardiff University.
He spent his early career as a journalist first at the South Wales Argus and S4C before joining the BBC.
From 2008 to 2012 he was Director of External Affairs for the Mayor of London Boris Johnson.Harri has since worked in a number of roles, first at News International from 2012 to 2015, and from 2016 to 2017 at Liberty Global.
Since 2018 Harri has worked at Hanover Communications as a Vice President.
