About Adam Crookes
- Adam Mark Crookes (born 18 November 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a defender for League Two club Port Vale. A graduate of the Nottingham Forest Academy, he captained the under-18's to the Professional Development League 2 title in the 2015–16 season.
- He spent part of the 2017–18 campaign on loan at Guiseley and was loaned out to Lincoln City and Port Vale the following season, before joining Vale permanently in May 2019.
