About Hamzah Zainudin
- Dato' Seri Hamzah bin Zainudin (Jawi: ???? ?? ????????; born 12 March 1957) is a Malaysian politician and is the Member of Parliament of Malaysia for the Larut constituency in Perak.
- Presently he is a member of the Malaysian United Indigenous Party or Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (BERSATU), a component of Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalition since 2019.
- He was a member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO) party and was the Minister of Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism in the previous Barisan Nasional (BN) government then (2015-2018).
- He resigned from UMNO to be an Independent politician in 2018.Hamzah was elected to the House of Representatives in the 2008 election and was appointed a Deputy Minister of Housing and Local Government.
- He was previously a member of the Malaysian Senate and Chairman of the Federal Land Consolidation and Rehabilitation Authority (FELCRA).
