- Ksenia Alexeyevna Sinitsyna (Russian: ?????? ?????????? ????????; born 5 August 2004) is a Russian figure skater. She competed at the 2019 World Junior Championships and finished 4th.
- Earlier in the year she placed fourth at the Russian Junior Figure Skating Championships. She is also the 2018 JGP Lithuania bronze medalist, and the 2019 Winter Children of Asia International Sports Games bronze medalist.
