She is currently the assemblywoman of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly for Subang Jaya constituency in the state of Selangor.
She is a member of Democratic Action Party (DAP), a component party of the ruling Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalition. She is also the Legal Bureau Secretary of DAP.
