Bamir Myrteza Topi (Albanian: [ba'mi? 't?pi] (listen); born 24 April 1957) is an Albanian diplomat and politician.
He served as President of Albania from 2007 to 2012. Namely, Topi was also the honorary President of Albanian football club, KF Tirana from 2005 to 2007.
In September 2012, Topi became the leader of the New Democratic Spirit party.
