Christopher John Pincher (born 24 September 1969) is a British Conservative Party politician who has served as the Minister of State for Europe and the Americas in the British Government since 25 July 2019.
Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Government Whip and has served as Member of Parliament (MP) for Tamworth since 2010.
Pincher was first elected as MP for Tamworth at the 2010 general election, when he gained the seat from the Labour Party.
He first contested the seat in 2005.Pincher has served as a Parliamentary Private Secretary to then Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond, as an Assistant Whip and in January 2018 was appointed as Deputy Chief Government Whip and Treasurer of the Household.
