About Zach Hill
- Zachary Charles Hill (born December 28, 1979) is an American multi-instrumentalist and visual artist.
- He is best known as the drummer and co-producer of the group Death Grips and as the drummer of math rock band Hella.
- His complex, high-tempo drumming style is his key hallmark. A photograph of Hill drumming by Irish photographer Deirdre O'Callaghan is included in her photo album book The Drum Thing (2016), which also features pictures of Ringo Starr, Lars Ulrich, Jack White, Pauli Lovejoy, and Travis Barker; she recalled when taking the photo, "He doesn't like getting his photo taken, but when he plays he just goes into that almost religious zone straight away."
