- Vice Admiral Manohar Prahlad Awati, PVSM, VrC (7 September 1927 – 4 November 2018) was an Indian admiral, who served as Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief (FOC-in-C) of Western Naval Command of Indian Navy.
- He retired in 1983.
- During the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971, he was awarded the Vir Chakra for his command of the INS Kamorta.
- The admiral was also known as the "Father of the Indian Navy's Circumnavigation Adventures".
