Michelle Gomez (born November 23, 1966) is a Scottish actress.
She is known for her comedy roles in The Book Group (2002–03), Green Wing (2004–07) and Bad Education (2012–13), as well as playing Missy – the female incarnation of The Master in the long running British science-fiction programme Doctor Who from 2014 to 2017, for which she was nominated for the 2016 BAFTA TV Award for Best Supporting Actress.
She is also known for playing Lilith / Madam Satan and Mary Wardwell in Netflix supernatural horror series Chilling Adventures of Sabrina (2018–present), which is adapted from the comic book series with the same name.
