Erik Julin (13 November 1796 – 21 June 1874) was a Finnish apothecary, shipowner and industrialist.
After his studies Julin continued his father's pharmacy in Turku.
He started a shipping business which first operated locally and later overseas.
Julin was founding owner of Russo-Finnish Whaling Company and significant owner of Turku shipbuilders Ã…bo Skeppswarf and W:m Crichton & C:o.
Julin initiated foundation of the first voluntary fire brigade of Finland and he developed actively the financial sector.
