- Honoré Rakotomanana (born 26 October 1933) is a Malagasy politician and judge.
- Beginning in 1995, he was the first Deputy Prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR), but was forced to resign in 1997 due to charges of incompetence.
- As of February 2016 he is Speaker of the Senate of Madagascar.
