- Howard Francis Fox (March 1, 1921 – October 9, 1955), was an American professional baseball pitcher, who played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Cincinnati Reds, Philadelphia Phillies, and Baltimore Orioles, in 9 seasons, between 1944 and 1954.
