- Jorge AnÃbal Visbal Martelo (born 26 June 1953) is a Colombian politician, livestock and landowner, and convicted criminal. Visbal Martelo was the president of the Colombian Association of Stockbreeders between 1991 and 2004.
- He was found guilty of collaboration and conspiracy with paramilitary groups between 1998 and 2005 for the promotion and expansion of this army.
