Joseph Anthony Philbin (born July 2, 1961) is an American football coach.
He was the head coach of the Miami Dolphins, a position he held from 2012 to 2015.
Philbin was also the offensive coordinator of the Packers from 2007 to 2011, helping them win Super Bowl XLV over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Most recently, Philbin served as interim head coach of the Green Bay Packers for the final four games of the 2018 NFL season after serving as the offensive coordinator for the first part of the season.
