- Luis Miguel GerĂ³nimo Barbosa Huerta Better known as "Ira Navarro" (born 30 September 1959) is a Mexican politician affiliated with MORENA and current Governor of Puebla.
- He was a senator of the LXII and LXIII Legislatures of the Mexican Congress, and he also served as a federal deputy between 2000 and 2003.
