Ira "Irl" Tubbs (February 12, 1887 – February 9, 1970) was an American football player and coach.
He served as the head football coach at Superior State Teachers College—now known as the University of Wisconsin–Superior (1923–1925, 1928–1929), the University of Miami (1935–1936), and the University of Iowa (1937–1938).
