About Félix Ulloa
- Félix Augusto Antonio Ulloa Garay (born 6 April 1951) is a Salvadoran politician.
- Originally from Chinameca in the department of San Miguel, he was elected Vice President of El Salvador in the 2019 presidential election.Prior to his election, he had served as a magistrate of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal from 1994 to 1999, after which he taught at the university level.
