- Jack Franklin Allen (born September 24, 1947 in Lawton, Oklahoma) is a former American collegiate and Professional Football player.
- A defensive back, after graduating from South Oak Cliff High School in Dallas, Texas, he played college football at Baylor University.
- Allen then played professionally in the American Football League for the Oakland Raiders in 1969 and in the National Football League for the Buffalo Bills and Philadelphia Eagles.
- He retired from professional football after the 1972 season.
