- James Tamou (born 13 December 1988) is a professional rugby league footballer who plays as a prop for the Penrith Panthers in the NRL.
- He has played for Australia and the New Zealand Maori at international level. He previously played for the North Queensland Cowboys between 2009 and 2016, and was a member of their 2015 NRL Grand Final winning side.
