  • Jeffrey Allan Kemp (born July 11, 1959) is a former American football quarterback who played professionally in the National Football League (NFL) for the Los Angeles Rams, San Francisco 49ers, Seattle Seahawks, and Philadelphia Eagles.
  • He played college football at Dartmouth College in the Ivy League, and was not selected in the 1981 NFL Draft.
