- Jeffrey "Jeff" Montgomery Reed (born April 9, 1979) is a former National Football League placekicker.
- He was signed by the New Orleans Saints as an undrafted free agent in 2002.
- He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers from 2002 until 2010, and is second all-time behind Gary Anderson for the most points scored by a Steeler. He has also been a member of the San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks.
