Chris Shields (born 27 December 1990) is an Irish professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Dundalk in the League of Ireland Premier Division.
He previously played for Bray Wanderers. Shields is the joint longest serving player at Dundalk along with John Mountney.
Shields has won four Premier Division medals during his time with Dundalk, in addition to two FAI Cups.
He has featured regularly in European competition for the club and was part of the team that became only the second Irish side ever to reach the group stage of the Europa League in August 2016.
