Jeremy Taylor (born April 19, 1978) was a member of the Iowa House of Representatives.
He currently holds a seat as a Woodbury County Supervisor.
Raised in Sioux City, Iowa Taylor holds a bachelor's degree from Dowling College, master's degree from the University of South Dakota, both in English and a master's of Divinity from Liberty University in Virginia.
Taylor was a high school English teacher, quiz bowl coach and now an Energy Specialist for the Sioux City Community Schools District.
His wife, Kim, is a native of Vietnam.
They have six children, as of 2018.
Taylor was first elected to the Iowa State House in 2010.
He has continued as a politician, currently serving his first term on the Woodbury County Board of Supervisors.
Jeremy plans to run again for a term beginning 2019, lasting until 2022.
