  • Seiichi Miyake (Japanese: ?? ??, Hepburn: Miyake Seiichi, February 5, 1926 – July 10, 1982) was a Japanese engineer and inventor best known for his work called "tactile paving" (or "Tenji bricks", "Tactile bricks or blocks") to aid the visually impaired at traffic crossings.
