- Sir John Irving Bell (born 1 July 1952) is a Canadian immunologist and geneticist.
- From 2006 to 2011, he was President of the Academy of Medical Sciences, and since 2002 has held the Regius Chair of Medicine at the University of Oxford, UK.
- He has been Chairman of OSCHR since 2006.
