About Manel Guillen
- Manel Guillen i Sola (born May 19, 1967 in Badalona, Spain) is a Spanish businessman, lawyer and activist investor. Manel Guillen received a J.D in Law from the Law School of the University of Barcelona in 1991 and a MBA from the IESE Business School, University of Navarra in 1995. In addition, he is an active member of the Il•lustre Col•legi d'Advocats de Barcelona ICAB, member of the Loan Syndication and Trading Association (LSTA), the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and also member of the Cercle d'Economia de Barcelona. Manel Guillen is the founder of the investment company Mediterranean Capital Management in 2005, acting as chief executive officer since its creation.
