Friherre Samuel Lars Åkerhielm af Blombacka (23 October 1887 – 15 January 1976) was a Swedish Army lieutenant general.
His senior commands include commander of the Norrbotten Artillery Corps from 1931 to 1937, the Royal Swedish Army Staff College from 1937 to 1940, Svea Artillery Regiment from 1940 to 1941, VII Military Area from 1942 to 1948, Gotland Naval District from 1942 to 1948 and the I Military Area from 1948 to 1953.
