- José Baselga (born 3 July 1959) is a Spanish medical oncologist and researcher focused on the development of novel molecular targeted agents, with a special emphasis in breast cancer.
- Baselga served as Physician-in-Chief at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center until his resignation in September 2018 after it was reported that he had failed to disclose millions of dollars in financial ties with pharmaceutical companies in his research.
- On January 7, 2019, AstraZeneca announced that they had hired him as head of research and development in oncology.
