Joy Doreen Biira (born September 5, 1986) is a Ugandan media personality with KTN News and DW.
She is also a strategic and digital communications consultant, moderator, and speaker.
She currently co-hosts a Pan-African and European environmental show called Eco@Africa on the Germany-based television station Deutsche Welle.
The show is a partnership with TV stations Kenya Television Network (KTN News) and Channels TV in Nigeria. Before joining Kenya's lead media house Standard Media Group, Biira worked in Uganda as a news anchor and show host on NBS Television, weekend radio host, and part-time producer for Capital Gang on Capital FM Uganda.
